Q&A 1 – Must all section’s geysers be insured?

The sectional title scheme consists of duplexes and simplexes. The geysers in the duplexes are located in the roof area, between the ceiling and roof tiles. The simplexes’ geysers are located inside the section, below the ceiling in a cupboard. Is the body corporate obliged to insure the simplexes’ geysers? If not, what are the ramifications with regards to the insurance levy?
